ALLtra warrants to the original purchaser that the ALLtra cutting machine and all components and parts thereof are free of defects in material and workmanship which result in breakdown or other failure under normal use within a period of ONE YEAR from date of shipment to purchaser, provided that ALLtra is given written notice of claim not later than ten (10) days following the end of the warranty period. ALLtra’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement at its option at no expense to the purchaser other than travel and accommodation expenses for the ALLtra Service Engineer, should in-plant service be necessary throughout the warranty period. ALLtra receives warranties on certain components purchased by it. Any component warranty which exceeds ALLtra's standard warranty shall be extended to the original purchaser.
